I did week 3 5 times, as life got in the way of my progress, and today battled on to week 4. The distances are quite à step up on last week, but I just took it slowly and finished. I felt à sense of progress and achievement, and found the last 2 sections easier than the first 2. Hope to do run 2 on Wednesday and 3 on Friday.

Well done, doing it your way, and keeping at it while things weren't working out. I also repeated one of the earlier weeks quite a few times, eventually. I think it was Week 2 I did, though. What I found is that once you get over that sticky week the next few tend to just work out, one after the next (but that's me, and you're nowise obliged to be the same). Later on I ended up repeating Week 5 a few times, too, but I could have probably moved on. That's always an option, and every time you do a run, you're getting some exercise. It is quite a step up to Week 4, but as you realise that in spite of the doubts you're making it, you'll get more confident. Happy running.
Well Done! I am also on week 4 and it really did seem quite a jump in running time. But at the end I realised that we are now running for double the amount of time that we struggled through in week! That is a big achievement
I hope run 2 went well
