Repeating week 1

I went for a 5K obstacle course race on Sunday. Managed to run/walk/run/walk and finished it in 48 minutes.

However, I didn't feel ready enough to go back for a run on Monday. So took some friendly advise and rested.

This week I am repeating week 1 and am itching to get to week 2 which I will start on Monday :-)

Good on you for finishing the 5k in 48mins, I've got one tomorrow and plan to be run-walk, run-walking too! Will just be pleased if manage to get around! I expect to need a few days rest after!

My only advise would be to try and not run against time or against anyone else. Just aim to finish the distance and you will do well :-)

Well done on taking part in the race!
