Don't panic...

and I didn't!

Although I did find it a bit of a struggle this time. This was probably due to the fact I was shattered as I worked 8.30-9pm yesterday and although we took service users to the zoo it wasn't all plain sailing as we had to be vigilant in case people wandered away! My colleagues were impressed at my 'running' after someone during the day!

Don't panic is a reference to the last song I listened to by Coldplay - very apt!

Good luck everyone!

Week 4 run? Well done for sticking at it - thee are runs where your legs (and your head) are less enthusiastic that others. I get what you mean about improved global fitness - I appreciate the fact that I can now catch up with someone in the street without arriving as a puffing wreck who can't even say "hello". :D PS. I wish my job involved going to the zoo.

Well done. Sounds like you're doing great! :-)

Good for you Lucy :) I ought to do my run 3 tomorrow after work - but it's a long day as travel to mainland, and then I cycle...not sure how my legs will be! Hopefully though the weather is supposed to be nicer, so with a bit of evening sunshine and prospect of bank holiday weekend I will find inspiration :)

Happy running
