We have our UK version in Julie Creffield. She runs a fab website and inspires loads of larger folks to get moving. She does the virtual runs as well

Having lost 64 pounds myself I must say it comes as a great relief to ditch the lard. Fancy lugging that lot round 24/7! No wonder we feel lousy
