Just run 7.3 miles

And shocked myself, started as a normal run of 8k but just kept going and before I knew I has hit 11.78km. Converted it over when I got back and was so surprised. Not bad for a 56 year old who only took up running 3 years ago.

Well done - there's nothing more fun than a nice long run except a nice long run that breaks a personal record.

Thanks I was well chuffed AHS. Believe it or not I started C25k in London, eventually running in St James Park and across Westminster Bridge. Very different now running up here in Scotland. I did my first 5k race in Hyde Park. Was heck of a lot sunnier and warmer down there.
