I am so pleased I did it early because it was so quiet out and the crisp air was very nice on my hot and sweaty face. This run was by far the hardest run I have had to do. I chose to do a different route and there were some small hills and man that was difficult. The second to last run was by far the hardest, I had probably about 20seconds left and my legs just wanted to give way but I carried on and managed to do it all without stopping.
Go me!!!!

Of course that is ok. I read both of your posts this morning and I am looking forward to reading more. Well done for getting out there and doing it.
Also Well done to your boys for doing too.!!! I got my 7yo to do the first run with me and she got bored and ended up playing in the park whilst I did small laps of the play area. She Is a very active 7yo and we worked out at home yesterday for over 40mins and she only stopped once. She said her back muscles are aching today though. I wish it was only my back muscles that ached today lol.
So do I! So do I! My daughter was bouncing around, jumping up and down and just being a big ball of energy half an hour after doing the work out dvd yesterday.
I do remember having the endless energy when I was little but now it is so difficult to get myself motivated. Well actually I feel motivated on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday because I know I have my run.
Yes, go you! Sounds like you relished the challenge today. (Some days we would prefer the kind of challenged posed by the eternal problem of how best to position oneself on the sofa, but on others something that bites more is nicer).
I thought I would try and change it because I usually try and run on all the flat areas around where I live and there is probably only 1 place without any hills. It was very hard and I would of liked to Sat on the sofa once I had gone up the hill.
woo well done! I did w2r2 yesterday and found it ok but a bit difficult - reading your post I've just realised I run on entirely flat ground, I don't know how I'd cope if I had any hills to climb! sounds like you did a great job!
Well Done Lina. I would love to live where everything was flat 😀
I think I would of much preferred to have stayed on the straight today but I am pleased I changed it up a little. My poor legs at the end though!!! I will be pleased to have a rest day tomorrow as I did a work out dvd yesterday and didn't realise it would work on my legs so much. That probably played a part in why my legs were so tired at the end of my run this morning.
