Did my warm up walk this morning only to have to turn round and run home!!

Tsk tsk...... you really need to go to the loo at least three times before going for a run, even if you only squeeze a tiny drop out!

:)

Ha :) I found an extra public loo on one of my 10k routes this morning - I was somewhat disproportionately pleased!

A very good find!! The only ones I can include in my route cost 20p which I never remember to take with me!

Having had an operation down below in January I was left rather incontinent with a tendency not to know when I need to go, and a "NOW imperative from my body when it bothers to tell me: I share your pain at the lack of loos. And at my mother-in-law's recently, running along the sea front there were loos, but they were all locked at 6am in the morning -boo! They were just mocking me.

However, many pelvic floor exercises later, and with the weight loss and fitness gained and improvement in my state of mind (the latter 3 all gifts of C25K) I have much less of an issue - still not perfect (sneezing can be a problem) and incapable of sitting on a bike yet, either, but so improved. I guess less fat inside provides more room for bladder expansion.

Well done with persevering, and good luck with getting out there and making it through with no breaks!
