How about = (with the equals sign signifying dangerous levels of joyful radiation)?

I'm sure you could come up with something even shinier and redder than that. Then all you have to do is find some icon designer to link a rubicund picture of delight to the emoticon.

The Finns even have one for getting your tongue stuck to a freezing cold lamppost or getting drunk in your underpants, so there should be one out there for red face happy! finland.fi/emoji/kalsarikan...
