Gosh...well here goes my attempt at a technical spiel...They are Asics GT 1000 3. I am a overpronator (my knees go in too much apparently) and they have really helped me run with much straighter or should I say more aligned legs. I have struggled with knee pain in the past and so hopefully these will help me with that too.
