What recommendation do you have for running shoes that balance quality with affordability? I've just done W3D1.

Shoes are such a personal thing but I would definitely recommend going to a good sports/running shop and take advice from staff. Avoid cheap / fashion brands. Good luck happy running

Go for gait analysis so you have the right shoes for your feet, ( & therefore for your legs too). 😄

Have a look at SportsDirect - they have their own very affordable Karrimor range as well New Balance at decent prices.

Asics and New Balance also have outlet stores online and at Outlet Villages - and very big discounts.

As for other retailers, look at StartFitness.co.uk , SportsShoes.com and Amazon.

But above all - try before you buy ,to see what suits you and then shop around.
