Cake makes you run better

It must. I have secretly troughed 3 sizeable slices of chocolate cake over the last two days. Today I ran a new 5k PB. Clearly cake is the way forward.

Correlation must surely be causation.

Here endeth my advice.

You're welcome.

Ha ha! Well done on the PB but I'm intrigued at the image of how you've "secretly troughed" the cake. Did you not know you were eating it?

I knew, but I told my son and husband that we had greedy mice. The cat has been given a stern talking to, and told to up her game.

Ha! That makes me feel better about all the banana cake I ate a few days ago - further stats for your cake research! Sadly no PB for me ! Well done on yours though!

I want a piece of cake now. If it can do my running some good, then all the better for me.

Ahh! That's why I've had some not-so-good runs recently. Insufficient cake!

Will rectify the situation immediately. Thanks for the tip. :-)
