I graduated yesterday. There appear to be a number of post graduation options to consider. One of them is to search out the additional podcasts for speed and stamina. Or you can go to the 5-10k programme. Alternatively, it seems some people consolidate their running so that 5k is more comfortable (bearing in mind few complete 5k in the 30min run, so have to run faster or longer or both).
Dunno yet what I'm going to do. Reckon I'll switch it around a bit. I like to have a goal, aimless running probably won't suit me, nor will trudging the same 30 min run, but I reckon it's whatever makes you feel good.
Primarily, the reason for my response is to wish you all the best for your final run! Enjoy the high of graduation!

There is a C25K+ podcast, with 3 different runs - speed, stamina and stepping stones -A year on and I still use it every now and then. At the beginning I just went on listening to week 9 for a while, as I found it easy to follow Laura's prompts.
