The Riglettes

Finally got hold of the pics of the victorious Riglettes after their achievements in the 1, 2 and 3k Nuclear Rookie races at the weekend. Maxwell, my youngets acquitted himself particularly well on all the climbing and jumping obstacles, even getting all the way across the monkey bars, but when it came to crawling through mudpits, turned round and said 'Fuhgeddaboutit!' He doesn't do mud.

The elder two are busy training for Spartan Race now.

lol, yes. That is Beatrix, my eldest. She did the 3k. She oscillates between wanting to be George from the Famous Five and Jo March from Little Women.

This looks brilliant I remember having a massive panic when I took my kids to their first 'fun fun' and all I could see was hills, mud and stream crossings. To see them running to the finish line filthy but grinning was brilliant (and a relief).
