Still breathing!!

After repeating W1 twice, I have finally moved on to W2. I didn't think I would be able to manage 90 seconds of running, but to my surprise, I did, and completed all 6 of the 90 second runs! Suddenly the prospect of W3 doesn't seem so daunting!!

Great job! C25K really builds your confidence and by the end you will really be able to do what it says on the tin. Keep up the good work!

Good morning, well done you! its great surprising yourself isn't it? just take each week and each run as they come, don't worry about what's coming up. Trust Laura, and if you need to repeat a week, then its fine, there is no shame in that, and there is no pressure to whip through it as fast as you can..... You should be very proud of yourself, its fantastic!

long may you continue to happily surprise yourself :)
