Music from the podcasts

Guys,

can anyone help - there are one or two tracks from the podcasts that I quite liked and would like to have standalone versions of.

Does anybody know if there exists anywhere a list of the tracks on the podcasts?

If not, can anybody help identify a track or 2?

The first one I wanted was the eponymous "Julie", which I've already found an mp3 of and added to my playlist :)

The next one is from one of the very early weeks of the podcast, I think week 1 or week 2, and has the line "I can't do this long distance thing" - anybody the track I mean and who it is?
