I everyone, I am just about to start week 1, day 1.... but I can't seem to find the advice on how many times per week this should be followed, and where a rest day should be placed. Can anyone help?

Three sessions a week, with at least one rest day between sessions. The first four weeks are made up of three identical run/walks, five and six are made up of two identical run/walk sessions and a solid run, and from then on it's three identical unbroken runs per week.

Steve is - of course - absolutely right. Also, when you do listen to the podcast, Laura (the voice on the podcast) will explain it all during your initial gentle 5 minute warm-up walk.
