All those people so many people, they all go hand in hand, hand in hard round there, Parkrun! Yep Parkrun day in the morning, wonder if I'll take 5 minutes off my best. I'll keep you updated.

I've yet to do it, but it must be annoying if you do a PB then forget your barcode!

lol I wish, I've done 27 miles since last Saturday's run,s o I'm hoping for a PB. I'm always joking I can't run slow, I'll run slow tomorrow though, the hills kill me.
