I haven't done any running for months, this combined with being overweight did not make my first run easy. However, it was achievable, and afterwards I felt fab!

You should hold that thought! Hang onto the feeling and do it all again on Thursday. Keep slowly plugging away, ticking off the runs and you'll be laughing in 9 weeks. Slimmer too

It's in your hands ☺

Give yourself a pat on the back!

You'll be graduating before you know it.

There is nothing better than the exhilaration after running. Stick with it, Laura will take you through it. Well done

Way to go Cydxx, you will soon notice a difference in your fitness.

Thankyou for all your encouragement. I did day 3 of the 1st week. I am also going swimming on my rest days (3 times pw). Feeling great 😊
