OK, who is up for a challenge?
If you are wondering what to do next....how about setting yourself an outdoor challenge and do something like this...?
The trouble is, it can end up something like this...
Anyone brave (or foolish enough)????

I would be the yellow guy that looks like he has given up...no wait I would of called a taxi to pick me ha!
I bow down to all that took part as I really am not brave enough!
well you never know by the time I finish this couch to 5k, I may be fearless???
The organisers were criticised for carrying on...but no one came to harm...but if you look at other videos you will see the car park was flooded and cars were up to their side windows under water.... no dry clothes!
I thought those who completed yesterday's Skipton Triathlon were tough (horrid weather of high winds and heavy rain). But that was nothing compared with your second video!

Hehehehehe Think I'll give it a miss this year
Are you doing the Rab one? It's supposed to be really lovely atmosphere wise and I quite fancy it at some point. Am sticking to the more modest but still quite scary option of this (the half!) for now

Not this year :~( Verrucas on the ball of my foot that won't go away, so I'm a bit immobile.
The Excalibur looks wonderful. Maybe we should have a facility on this site to promote such runs/events?
Enjoy it, and keep us posted.
