Another 4.6k 37 mins would've been quicker but changed my route and very big hills which will help with strength so feeling happy πŸƒπŸΌ

You sound truly happy. Ive stretched myself up to 4.14k, 34mins so far, and trying to slowly increase towards 5k. Also a few uphill stretches in my route, but I know I'm just a bit slow really. Aiming to improve gradually and I'm also enjoying the process. Love your little running man icon πŸƒβ˜€

Lol yeah it's the little things that keep me motivated like posting on here and reading others stories knowing I'm in the same boat πŸ˜„ am running great north run in September for the first time and this is helping a lot xx

Well done just keep notching up the miles. Hills are superb for building stamina.
