You sound truly happy. Ive stretched myself up to 4.14k, 34mins so far, and trying to slowly increase towards 5k. Also a few uphill stretches in my route, but I know I'm just a bit slow really. Aiming to improve gradually and I'm also enjoying the process. Love your little running man icon πβ
