She's a jack Russell I'm doggy sitting till Monday so am enjoying the time with her x

When I first tried C25K I tried taking my golden retriever but really struggled to keep pace. Now that I am starting week 5 I am tempted to try taking her again and see if I've improved to match her pace!

I've tried taking 1 or both of our Labradors but it's not gone well the times I've tried it. One likes sticks and picks up ones so large he can't run with them, and the other doesn't always want to run, which means I end up pulling him along if on the lead, or he'll just stop and wait for me to notice.

Bit of a shame really as I'd like to be able to run with them. I will try running with them up in the mountains where hopefully there will be less sticks!
