Done!!! So nearly there and so nearly 5k this morning....just need to push a tiny bit more up the hills (peak district..no such thing as a flat route round here!!).
Week 11 of the year and despite not starting for a few days into the year and having had 6 days sick leave, I'm pleased I've kept the consistency of 3 runs per week. Looking to step up to 4 runs a week now to help push the weight loss I'm struggling with (I used to run 4 times a week prior to my 10 month couch sabbatical, so I know my body can cope with that).
AND....all the way through I have promised myself a new pair of pink running shoes on completion, so hopefully I'll be off to Sweat shop on Thursday for a little bit of retail motivation!!
