I am doing the Hackney HM on 10 May. The day before they have just released a free 5km run for anyone who is interested. It might be a good first run out sort of atmosphere and it's free.

Hi,

Never mind the 5k, I've just signed up for the full HM! The10k-ish point goes past my daughter's front door and I've run the Olympic park more times than I can remember, so this time I have no excuse. It's a Taylor made run for me.

I'd love to meet up on the day if you'd like. I'm quite looking forward to it!

Yahay good one. Another NHS c25k HM weekend. We will definetly sort out a meeting place. I am sure you will have an earlier start than me but I plan to get there with time to spare so it should be easy to sort out.

Wouldn't be too sure about starting earlier... 2h15 to 2h30 me. Plenty of 10ks under my belt but I've only ever done one HM before - and on my own too. I'm pretty nervous about It, but it's about time I did one of these.

I am looking at 3hr. Fingers crossed I would be pleased with that. I am a slow burner and going from 5km to HM. I do love a challenge. The thing is i love the training so I am having a great time at the moment.
