Hi Santhosh, Welcome and good luck. Have you joined the NHS Weight Loss group too? I have been using both, but concentrated mostly on C25K as my weight is now (hopefully ;-) ) under control.

I have been using the 5:2 diet and found it works for me.

Hi! From personal experience, when combined with a weight loss programme, C25K is really going to help you keep your weight under control. God luck!

Well done and welcome! You may find you don't lose a huge amount of weight, especially in the early weeks, but you will change your shape for the better. I found I crave healthy foods after running, that's always a good thing! Good luck xx
