Just finished Week 4 and I am elated. I picked up an knee injury around week 3 and I was devastated as I had to rest for at least a week. At tfhe time i thought that it was the end of the world, and i was so low and frustrated in myself but looking back it was the best thing i could have done. My knee feels so much better and strobger now. So i just wanted to say that if anybody is injured and feeling low dont give up, rest and seek medical advice if necessary and you will be back to it in no time. Week 5 im coming to get you!!!!

Well done! I got shin splints after the first 4 or 5 runs, I'm not sure what kept me going really, I must have had the bug even then! Well done for doing the right thing, you'll crack it now xx
