...and I'm staying with my good folks in Ross on Wye. Got up and headed for the river for my 25 minutes, no connection waterside so I just ran for 25 minutes with no app or podcast but with music playing. Very nice it was too, to have a complete change of scene. Tried to plot my route when I got back, but got a bit lost!

End of week 6
good run AllieG sometimes it is good to go of piste
Here's to running somewhere new and getting lost!! X
Well done getting to the end of week 6. After the euphoria of r3, wk 5 I'm finding wk 6 hard. Hope I can manage 25 mins on Saturday - have downloaded a load of my own music which is a bit exciting, so hope I can cope without Laura's encouraging words chipping in along the route. I suppose once you've done 1 x 25 minutes, then week 7 should be straightforward. Hope its going well.
Hey Buffy, I'm sure you'll smash run 3 on Saturday. For what it's worth, W6R2 was by far the hardest for me, I just wasn't feeling it somehow and was really relieved when it was done! Since then, the 25 minute runs have been great and I can feel my body getting stronger. Good luck - we're not too far away now!
Oh thanks so much for the encouragement. The way you describe run 2 is exactly how I was feeling (still am a bit) 'I just wasn't feeling it somehow' Hit the nail on the head. I'm hoping tomorrows run will perk me up again - haven't felt like this since I started. Snap out of it girl! Thanks again and as you also say - not too far away now.
