Well done :)

I have been adding 3mins each week since completing C25K. I run every other day. I also find that running the same length of time several times during the week, the runs get progressively easier. I also find that my distance covered in that fixed time gets longer each time.

My runs are up to 1 hour this week, and the monday run was 8.5km, wednesday 8.7km, and this morning was 9.1km. So I have no doubt that your week 7 runs got easier :)
