I found it hard to sleep last night I was so nervous about this morning after the emotional roller coaster that was Sunday (and week 6)

But I did it.

I went a bit slower and ran 3.01km in 26 minutes...I couldn't abandon MPeople in the middle of a stirring song so I ran in for another minute after Laura said stop. I considered running the next song too (Queen) but I didn't...maybe I will on Friday if I feel up to it.

Thanks to everyone who supported me on Sunday when I thought I'd failed ;)

Xxx

Well done. We never use the 'fail' word on here! Just sometimes takes a bit longer to achieve.

You're doing fine !!!! Yep, just slow things right down to give yourself more time to get your act together, and before you know it you've finished and Laura is telling you to go home and rest
