I might be missing something but it talks about rest days somewhere on the site but how many days each week are running, how many rest days do you have?

Thanks

Run 3 times a week with at least a rest day in between each one. I did Tues,Thurs and Sunday :)

You only need to run three days a week. I run Monday, Wednesday and Friday so can rest up over the weekend. Give it a go. When I started I struggled to run for a minute and never dreamed I'd be able to finish it. I'm now at Week 8 and can run nearly half an hour! Good luck and keep us posted :)

It is well worth giving it a go!It's not just the health aspect but you do feel Better all round...I have on occasion had a 3 day gap for various reasons and it is still doable even then.Come on here and let us know how you get on....

3 days running (split up by rest days), 4 days resting. Arrange them as you like, but try not to run on consecutive days when you first start out. Hope that helps.

Also, absolutely do start - starting to run is one of the best decisions I've made.
