Stuck to week 2 as I daren't move on to the longer time running. So pushed myself a bit today, did all the full 90 seconds sets. Defo muscle ache in my leg muscles..I don't think muscles actually existed there before so they need nurturing ! One thing I have noticed is my lack of wheeze from my asthma already even in the cold this am.

You can move on you know. The programme is meant to be progressive. That's the idea. It pushes you ever so slightly each time, so go with it. You'll be fine. Trust Laura and the programme to deliver. Trust in yourself too
I will be doing W2R2 today and am already thinking about that 3 minute run in W3 and wondering if my poor knees will cope.... I got myself a knee support so I'll see if that makes a difference. I totally understand you wanting to feel that you have comfortably managed a W2 run before going on to W3, let us know how you get on when you make the leap!
Be brave, and trust Laura. She really does know what she's doing! We've all been daunted by the challenges of the C25k programme, but we all get through and triumph, because we trust Laura knows best. Do go for it! You won't be sorry!
