I couldn't go for a run for almost a week due to increased Xmas activities - mainly shopping, cooking, baking, eating and drinking. It is good to be back again and I'll try to get three runs in this week.
I never thought I would miss running ... hated it so much in school.
Sounds very good havenbt managed ot run by water yet ,means a bit of drive but looking forward to be able to
I run mostly during lunch hour at work next to a canal with a fairly uneven footpath - which I like because it gives my feet and leg muscles a good workout. On the few occasions i tried to run on hard ground it felt seriously wrong to me. too much pounding.
lunch hour? you get an whole hour wow i only get 30 mins if i am lucky ..
I guess you just have to run a lot faster than me to get 5k into your lunchbreak
I have relatively flexible working times and go out for a walk/ run about two or three times a week - whenever my brain starts switching off. The downside - i have to work weekends or evenings with no extra pay until i've done my jobs. Mostly i like it that way though.
