Welcome and well done for starting this great life changing programme. Your cross country experience will stand you in good stead. Just take it slowly and steadily and keep posting here! By the time you finish the programme you won't worry about who sees you!
Well done for starting. This is a great forum for support and advice. Look forward to hearing about your progress
hello and welcome ditto on getting out there and doing it
you have made the best decision ever
look forward to reading about your progress

Welcome. The first step is the hardest but watch out you'll get addicted. It is a brilliant programme good luck

Thanks everyone, run 3 is completed. Am i better off just jogging slowly for the timebeing? There is no need to try and beat my precious time or get further around my circuit each time is there?

No need for speed! Just slow jog is all that's needed. The idea is to finish the task and then move on to the next
Have fun
