I have been very start\ stop over the last 3 weeks. Repeated week 7 as struggled first time round. Repeated it although 1 run was very hard but I did it. I have now not run for a week due to family commitments _ should I just go for week 8 today ? Feeling like I have lost my momentum.

If you completed week 7 Elly and well done on achieving that , try Week 8 you can always drop back again but i am sure you wont need to everything you have done on week 1-7 so far will help you through week 8 , just 6 runs to go to graduation stick with it and enjoy your runs
Go for it. What's the worst that can happen? Take it very slowly and you'll be fine.
I'm exactly where you are - and I also thought week 8 would be way too much after a bog-awful 25 min run two days ago that left me with painful knees and hip (think I was just running wrong somehow). Did the first 28 minute run today and it was fine. Go for it! You are so nearly there!!
Thanks evelynzee. I think sometimes doubt sets in if you have a break- and or a rubbish run. But today was good - and I accidentally had week 9 on so actually ran for 30 mins. We can definitely do it.!!
