Today looked like being a bit of a disaster. I really, really didn't want to get out of the door. Then I decided if I use an MP3 player instead of a phone, it will fit in the little pocket in my new capris. So - "Julie" happily playing me through 5 minutes warm-up, garmin being very lazy about finding location - just got there in time. Start running - music stops. Why? Because I'd missed the pocket and it was sliding quietly down my back until the headphones disconnected! Here am I out on the main road, no cover anywhere, and an MP3 player running down my leg... What could I do? Keep running till it reached my calf, then pause Garmin and retrieve. Ah well. Funnily enough, from that moment on the Gremlins ran away and the rest of the run was the best for weeks. Ain't technology marvellous?

Hehe, now if you had stayed in you wouldn't of realised you had hand pocket coordination issues ........

Just think, if you hadn't of gone out the door and done your run you wouldn't have cheered us all up

Ah, these slight technical hitches at least distract us from the effort of going for a run. Thanks for the smile.
