Although I got to week four I do not feel dried or out of breath but my legs have started to ace and at the last 3 miutes my toes went numb on my right foot trainers are not tighe if anything they are loose I have given my self more days in between two so taking a little longer to complete the run any ideas?

I bought trainers the same size as my regular shoes, which in hindsight was a mistake. I now try them on and start off with half a size bigger. The toe area of your foot needs wiggle room, and some running shoes are better than others in this respect. So, that could be something you could look at

Also, it's normal to ache. If you are new to exercise, as we all were I think when we embarked on C25k, then our bodies will protest at the new demands being made of them. Stick with it! It will improve as you get stronger with each run and each rest day. The rest day is when the recovery of your achey body takes place, so always take the one day, or even two or three if you really need to

You just have to get into the routine of doing the runs, putting in the work if you like. You get out of this program what you put in, and there are many thousands of us who have completed it successfully. You can to! You just have to go for it.
