High speed!

I'm still trying to find out how the Garmin works - just downloaded today's run and it shows that at the end I was doing... 32 km /hour!!!! started wondering ... then realized it is probably the speed at which the watch was going while I was taking it off!

If you join Garminconnect you can "talk" to us on there, those of us who are on their that is. We can have a look at your stats and explain what it's telling you, hopefully. I might not be much help but Tomas will be able to or Aussie as they are good at stats whereas I am a dud

You have to ask to connect with others and once they've agreed you get connected. Give it a go, it's good

We're connected now. You now need to upload you run from your garmin using the cable supplied

Follow the instructions that came with the watch. You'll soon get the hang of it

did that, there are 2 walks and 1 run/walk (the ones in July are from the previous owner)

the one named "the usual" is todays'. What I wonder about is the speed at the end of it... could it really be just that the GPS is so precise that it calculated the speed at which I took the watch off my wrist? I used Gps before, but only for sailing, and they weren't so quick to pick up the speed....
