Started for first time today......wow was hard but delighted I at least completed the circuit. Will have to build up to running though

That's what the programme helps you to do - build up gradually. Well done for getting out there.

The hard part is starting and the programme is designed to get you running from a standing start. Well done for completing the first session.... only 26 more to go !!! Happy running...
