could run and be passed by a lithe young lady with skinny brown legs dressed in a mini skirt and gladiator sandals, The passing was ok, but to disappear out of sight was taking the kick !!

I make an extra special effort to keep up with lithe young ladies in mini skirts. Not overtake though. At the last 5k I did I found myself swiftly catching up with a lissom trio of running skirted young ladies, and this had a somewhat deleterious effect on my overall time, in fact as I then failed to pass them for quite some time.
