Okay...... I posted in here a while back to say I was excited about running the British 10k in June and I have to say it did not disappoint. What a fantastic atmosphere on run day, I managed the 10k in just over 1 hour and 6 minutes and enjoyed every minute of it. So my next challenge is a local half marathon which I have just singed up for in march 2015. This one feels like a big step but have got plenty of time to get ready for it. I will keep you all posted as I go and would welcome advice or tips on training plans.... theres so may to chose from lol.

Happy running :)

I don't think there is a graduate section anymore, all lumped together now. Good luck for your half marathon, sounds a nice time of year to be doing that.
