Never thought I'd be saying that! Watched the commonwealth games marathon this morning and felt extra motivated so went out and did 6k with my quickest ever 5k (31mins!).
I've always been averse to running but now addicted! Love how supportive this forum is too, kept me going when I wanted to give up!

Oh definitely! I had a horrible run on Thursday in the heat and wanted to pack it in! The marathon helped my enthusiasm a lot
I know what you mean Rest days I just spend wishing for a run day to arrive

Well done, PS! I know just what you mean; watching all the astonishing athletes earlier made me want to throw my gear on and go out running, but I was good and stayed in.

Congrats on the PB, well done. I too am obsessed with running, especially on my two day break - I get quite grumpy The me of a few months ago would laugh if you said I would turn out like this. And don't get me started on the time I spend browsing online running shops
