The people on this forum are THE BEST! There will be so much support and encouragement. You can do it, you just need to have faith in the programme. Good luck!

The fitter, healthier, more toned you starts today! Getting out of the door on W1r1 is the hardest part of the nine weeks. Welcome!
This is a community of lovely, supportive, kind runners. We have a wide range of abilities, from ultra-runners to fledgling walk-runners. It does't matter what our times are, or how far we can run. All that matters is we share our enthusiasm with kind words and encouragement. You are in the right place.
Post often.
Welcome aboard the good ship c25k Good luck with the programme and don't forget to keep us all updated on your progress by posting here in the forum
Welcome to the forum, as others have said you will find great support, advice, info and humour here. You're going to love C25K, like so many other people I always used to say I hated running, but now I'm addicted! Just remember, it's slow and steady, let us know how you get on. Happy running.
Welcome - you've come to the right place for support - we try to be as encouraging and helpful as we can. The podcasts really are great - they teach you how to run safely and increase your stamina week on week. Keep posting about your progress- one of the things that kept me going through my runs was being able to share my experiences afterwards. Happy running.
Welcome to the forum and well done on making the first step to a fitter and healthier you
Laura and these lovely people will encourage and inspire you, I promise you that
