Message from Matt. Genuine or Scam?

I've had an e-mail from "Matt" at Health Unlocked asking me to fill in a questionnaire . I haven't opened the link. Anyone know anything about this? It says I'm being asked as a founder member, but as I only joined 3 months ago , I'm a bit suspicious.

I got it, and took it,and the questions seemed valid. i took founding member to mean the new version we have been testing. SinceI have had emails from the site in the past, this didnt startle me. Now I am worried.

I got it and completed the questionnaire too. I have also been testing the new site. I am pretty sure it's okay as the questions were relevant and focussed. Can anyone else enlighten us though?

Would be nice if HealthUnlocked made a post here and informed us that they were conducting a survey.

However, I also received the invitation to take a survey, and have completed it with no apparent ill effects.

I got the email and deleted it because I'm cynical.

Good web sense to be cynical, but doubt that hackers would throw a net over a community as small as this. Be wary of attachments and requests for sensitive info.
