Well done. Week 5 to tick next.I did run 3 week 5 yesterday. Just remember all the good advice on here... it really is all in the mind for those 20 minutes... onwards and upwards!
Well done MarkyD! You really do just need to believe in the plan and it will be just fine! If you managed w4r3 then you will be ready. Just do as everyone on here says, go slow and steady. I spent week 5 worrying about the 20min run but by the time you get there you will manage. It is like we need to convince ourselves that we can do it. Lots of luck this week. I'm starting week 6 on Monday having done week 5 twice just to make sure I could do it!
You're going to be fine, you stealth runner you. W5 is the best week, so go out and really enjoy it. Good luck, although I'm sure you don't need it. Great progress so far
