Hi all. I have just attempted week 5 run 3. I got to 17 minutes and was very nearly sick (sorry if TMI) so had to walk the last 3. I think I will start week 5 again at the weekend and see if I can do better!

Sounds like you were going too fast. Slow things down a little, you can always give a sprint at the end when Laura tells you time is almost up. Of course you will do it! Just look back at how far you have come already.
