So .... I did my first 4 weeks doing this in my lounge/kitchen back and forwards then went on holiday did wk rn 1 outside then next 2 jogs on treadmill just did week 6 run 2 outside did around our housing estate but found it really hard as quite hilly...... Not sure about run 3 this week 25 minutes my legs were in agony going up the slightest hill"....any advice....?...

Hills are just hard and if you're not used used to them they do make your legs hurt, even slight inclines ! Either practice little ones until you can do them or avoid them. Well done on your progress so far, surprised you haven't worn your floor out though...

Little steps on the hills! You need to really shorten your stride length and work your arms (think imitation of Thomas the steam engine!!). The small steps will make it feel like you are going SO slow, but slow is just fine. Good luck, let us know how you get on.
