Did 1st run of week 5 yesterday, did anyone else find this a big jump from week four? Managed it but not easy!

The important part of your statement is you made it, I think each and every one of us that takes on this challenge have felt the same with these increases in what's expected of us.

I think the thing is to trust in the programme, it is designed to challenge us but is also designed to be achievable

Great reply you!

Hi Julie the plan I'd designed to stretch you and Week 5 certainly mixes it up a bit. Stay slow and steady and you'll be fine.

You did it, despite the difficulty....... you are a star.

Keep believing and you will sail through. From here on the psychological battle becomes more important than the physical one.

Keep running, keep smiling.
