Third 5k run - tried that funny chi running thingie!!

Hey all,

I have been averaging a 5k run without stopping once a week, but most other days pulling up around 30-35 minutes.

This evening my wonderful partner came out and helped me feel safe as I ran in the poorly lit park/soccer pitch and wow, I tried to out in practice the chi running where you're slightly leaning forward and holding your core really strong ... Somewhat faster, and breathing much much better.... I feel fantastic!!

So after the 5k came and went and I did another .5k so feeling especially pleased.....

Now I have to set up the power song at the end to bring it on home strong...
