Ive attempted 3 runs for week 9, but if Im honest with myself none of them have achieved 30 mins so I'm going to have to do them again. I dont really understand why I'm finding it so difficult after doing 28 mins last week without stopping.
My podcast is playing up and just seems to stop randomly after 20 or so minutes and I just struggle to carry on without Laura. Yesterday though I had to stop and walk after 15 mins and I dont know why.

Why not try some of your own music and a slightly different route, make up a 40 minute routine using first song for warm up and last for cool down. It may just take your mind off the time issue. You've come this far and can do it, take it nice a slowly to begin and build up your speed but don't try and go too fast. Good luck you will have your graduate badge by the end of this week I'm sure.
I treated the 30 minute runs as 6 x 5 minute runs so count down 1 down, 5 to go, 2 down, 4 to go etc; otherwise the thought of running for 30 minutes when I was only 2/3 minutes in was too daunting. Something else that worked for me was on the 28 minute runs, to speed up during the last minute or so. On the 30 minute runs, I used this spurt to do the extra 2 minutes (hope this makes sense!) Good luck - you will do it!
I found week 9 hard too, and have managed it over about 10 days! Are you unwell at all? I thought I was ok, a bit tired maybe, but had to stop one of my runs after ten minutes. Turned out I had a mild stomach bug.
I'm not sure I could manage it without Laura, so I can imagine it's hard. I agree with what oldgirl said. A new route works wonders :).
I can definitely relate to what you are saying. I have found w8 much harder than w7 and I don't really know why. Ready to start w9r1 on Saturday but each time when I start I think I'm not going to run more than about 5 minutes. Something changes about half way in and it seems easier. I really think its so much in your head! I am hoping the music will improve for graduation week and if not then I will take up Oldgirl's suggestion. All the very best of luck, I'm just behind you.
