I have just finished week 2 session 3 and I am finding that my toes, especially my big toe on the right aches whilst the rest of me feels great. Any suggestions?

The actual toe or the joint between your toe and your foot?
If it's the actual toe then maybe your running shoes aren't quite right for you (wrong size/support in the wrong place) - try getting your feet measured and having a gait analysis.
If it's the joint, then it depends what kind of pain it is, but I've had a steroid injection there in the past (before I took up running) which did the trick but you'd need medical advice about that.
Make sure your toe nail is trimmed and smoothed off with an emery board. Then think about your shoe. Did you lace it up too tight. Check those things and then if no improvement you need a shoe with a wider toe box. A lot of folks get running shoes a half size bigger. I have a pair of Brooks running shoes and I notice that compared to my cheapo Karrimors they have much more room in the toe box, which means more freedom for that big toe. I wear proper running socks too
