Just completed the last run of the week. I think I have finally managed to find my pace!!

Week 3 is fine as I think you have settled into the running a bit by then. It's not a huge jump. Every time I found it tough, I ploughed through it knowing it would get easier. You will be fine. Trust in the plan. Best wishes for next week.
